Common Thyme produces a robust, drought-tolerant evergreen mound of tiny aromatic leaves with a warm, earthy, slightly floral flavour that is essential in stocks, roasts, stuffings, and Mediterranean cooking — and produces nectar-rich pink flowers in early summer that are outstanding for bees.
