3.2 A contract between you and us is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
3.3 If we are unable to fulfil your order, we may contact you to offer a later delivery date, an alternative product, or a full refund.
3.4 Once your order has been accepted you will receive an order number. Please quote this number when contacting us.
3.5 Products are subject to availability. Handmade or artisan items may vary slightly in colour, finish, or size.
3.6 Our website is primarily intended for customers located in the United Kingdom. If we accept international orders, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

5. YOUR RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
5.1 If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inform you whether the change is possible and whether it affects price, delivery time, or product availability.
5.2 If a change is not possible or acceptable to you, you may end the contract as described in Section 8.
6. OUR RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES
6.1 We may make minor changes to products in order to:

7. DELIVERY AND RESPONSIBILITY
7.1 Delivery costs will be shown during the checkout process.
7.2 Delivery times are estimates only. Some items, particularly handmade or partner-supplied products, may require additional time.
7.3 If delivery is delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as possible.
7.4 If you are unavailable to receive delivery, the courier may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collection.
7.5 If delivery cannot be completed because you fail to accept or collect the goods, we may charge reasonable storage or redelivery costs.
7.6 Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the products have been delivered to the delivery address.
7.7 Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.
7.8 Some products may only be available for delivery within specific UK regions. Where this applies, the delivery area will be indicated on the product page.
7.9 For international deliveries, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
8. YOUR RIGHT TO END THE CONTRACT (CANCELLATION)
8.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.
8.2 This cancellation right does not apply to:

8.4 Some products are dispatched directly from our partner makers or suppliers. In these cases we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
8.5 Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
8.6 Refunds will include the original standard delivery cost where applicable. Any upgraded delivery services are not refundable.
8.7 Refunds may be reduced if returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
9. ENDING THE CONTRACT IF YOU OR WE BREACH IT
9.1 We may end the contract if you fail to provide necessary information, prevent delivery, or otherwise breach these terms.
9.2 In such cases we may charge reasonable costs resulting from the breach.
10. PRICE AND PAYMENT
10.1 Prices and delivery costs are shown at checkout.
10.2 English Country Gardens Ltd is not currently VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged on our products.
10.3 Payment may be made using credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or other payment methods offered at checkout.
10.4 If we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
10.5 Promotional offers and vouchers may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
11. LIABILITY
11.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms.
11.2 We are not liable for losses related to business, commercial, or resale activities.
