Onion Spring White Lisbon produces slender, white-stemmed spring onions with a mild, fresh flavour that is outstanding in salads, stir-fries, and as a garnish. Sow successionally every three weeks for a continuous supply, or sow in August for a winter-hardy strain that overwinters and harvests in early spring.
