Lettuce Little Gem produces compact, semi-cos heads with deeply crinkled, pale golden-white hearts of extraordinary sweetness and crunch — fast-growing, bolt-resistant, and outstanding in Caesar salads, wedge salads, and braised as a French side dish. Sow successionally every three weeks for a continuous supply.
