Lemon Balm

The herb that smells of sherbet lemons and calms everything it touches. Lemon Balm produces vigorous, leafy mounds with a bright, citrusy lemon-sherbet fragrance that is outstanding in calming herbal teas, summer cordials, and as a garnish for fish and desserts.
