



Dill Bouquet
The herb that does everything. Dill Bouquet produces feathery, hair-fine foliage with a fresh, anise-forward flavour outstanding with fish, potatoes, and cucumber, followed by flat-topped yellow flower heads that are outstanding for hoverflies and parasitic wasps, followed by aromatic seeds that are essential for pickling. Three harvests from one plant.

- Direct sow March–April and successionally to August; full sun
- Well-drained soil — do not transplant, sensitive taproot
- Do not grow near fennel — they cross-pollinate
