Dill Bouquet produces feathery, hair-fine foliage with a fresh, anise-forward flavour outstanding with fish, potatoes, and cucumber, followed by flat-topped yellow flower heads that are outstanding for hoverflies and parasitic wasps, followed by aromatic seeds that are essential for pickling. Three harvests from one plant.

  • Anethum graveolens 'Bouquet' — Hardy Annual (H3)
  • Height: 60–90cm | Harvest: June–September
  • Approximately 50 seeds per packet
  • Direct sow March–April and successionally to August; full sun
  • Well-drained soil — do not transplant, sensitive taproot
  • Do not grow near fennel — they cross-pollinate
  • Outstanding companion plant for cucumbers and carrots
