Cynoglossum Mystery Rose

Sale price£2.90

The forget-me-not’s taller, more dramatic cousin. Cynoglossum Mystery Rose produces sprays of small, intensely coloured blooms in a rich rose-pink — the same delicate, star-shaped form as a forget-me-not but on taller, branching stems of 45–60cm that are outstanding for cutting and provide a warm, romantic presence in the summer border from June through to September.

Fast-growing, self-seeding, and outstanding for bees and hoverflies.

  • Cynoglossum amabile 'Mystery Rose' — Hardy Annual (H3)
  • Height: 45–60cm | Flowers: June–September
  • Direct sow March–May or September; full sun to partial shade
  • Well-drained soil — drought-tolerant once established
  • Self-seeds freely — naturalises beautifully
  • Outstanding bee and hoverfly plant

Grow it with Ammi majus and Gypsophila for a romantic, airy cutting garden combination of rose-pink, white lace, and white mist.
