The fastest cabbage in the range — and an RHS Award of Garden Merit variety. Cabbage Greyhound produces compact, pointed-heart heads with a sweet, tender flavour that is outstanding eaten raw or lightly cooked, maturing in just 10–12 weeks from transplanting — the first cabbage of the summer and one of the finest.
