4MP Wired Bird Box & Wildlife Camera

Watch nesting birds and garden wildlife in detailed 4MP video with this Green Feathers wired PoE camera. Its main stream delivers 2560 × 1440 images at 25 frames per second, while a built-in microphone lets you hear the calls and rustles from the nest.

Wired connection, without relying on garden WiFi

The camera sends digital video along a network cable to your router. Power over Ethernet (PoE) carries power and data along the same camera cable using the included PoE injector, so you don't need a separate power cable running to the camera.

Choose a cable-length option to suit your installation, or select the no-cable option if you already have a suitable cable. The camera requires a network connection to your router and a powered PoE setup.

Observe without disturbing

The wide-angle 2.8mm lens captures more of the inside of a bird box. Daylight footage is recorded in colour, while invisible infrared LEDs provide night-time viewing without a visible glow. Mount the camera in a dry, sheltered bird box or other suitable wildlife habitat.

Viewing and recording

Watch live footage on your smartphone or tablet using the free mobile app for iOS and Android. Green Feathers also provides downloadable Windows PC software for watching footage and recording clips. CMS software supports continuous, motion-triggered and scheduled recording.

Digital wide dynamic range and 3D noise reduction controls help you adjust the picture for changing conditions.

Installation

Mount the camera in a dry, sheltered position, connect the camera network cable to the PoE injector and connect the injector to your router and the required power source. Follow the supplied quick-start guide.
